January 1, 2012

Fasten your seatbelts, this year is going to be one wild ride. Here is what we have on tap:

  1. Thursday’s at Berts: Our weekly Thursday spin class continues all the way through March, so bring your bike and reserve a trainer. Weekly we’ve been getting more and more athletes so make sure you get there about 6:15 for a spot! We have plenty of room for our 60 min spin and additional strength training!  Click here for more information.
  2. Learn-This Webinar Series! We are again teaming up with our friends at Score-This to bring monthly webinars on various topics to you for free. The difference this season….. I am a QT2 coach. That means one thing….. even better quality information. I will be able to tell you some big news soon about these! Stay tuned right here.
  3. Score-This expands: I again will be the series announcer for the series, including the addition of a half Ironman race in September! A Pain in the Alleghenies will be our first race of this distance, better rest my voice!  Again, click here!
  4. Xtri: I am still writing for Xtri, I have four great articles on deck and look for more regular contributions focusing on the stories and athletes who inspire us! Have an interview suggestion? Send me an email!
  5. Tri Digest: Starting in january I will be back to writing for Tri Digest, look for some coaching articles to come from there!
  6. TLC fit! Our Teens Living with Cancer Fitness program begins this January. This week we will unveil a special interview we did over at iRoc yoga and we will let you know how you can help our cause!
